Myo-Inositol- Inositol is a sugar-alcohol made naturally in the body from glucose. Myo inositol is the most abundant of the inositol compounds and participates in several signaling processes in the body related to fertility, including the pathways related to gonadotropins and insulin. Gonadotropins are hormones that govern ovarian and testicular function. Inositol is involved in glucose metabolism, follicle maturation, and menstrual cycle progression, all of which play important roles in conception and pregnancy.
